EeLA Overview

Classes taken through the Edmonds eLearning Academy are offered free to Edmonds School District high school students if within their six period school day. Students who are out of district may also apply, but must go through the district variance process before being enrolled (links to these forms are under FAQs under this same tab). We also accept full time eLearning students.

All classes (both semesters) can be taken at any time during the school year-for example, Algebra I Semester 2 can be taken during the first semester.

We offer courses for students in grades 7-12. Students at the Middle School will need to meet with their counselor and a representative of the Edmonds eLearning Academy to apply.

The program is an option for students who wish to take some or all of their classes online while still enrolled in the Edmonds School District. As such, it is a program of choice for students. Students apply to our school via an online application. Please visit the Application Process page under this same tab to apply.

  5. Ability to be self-motivated
  6. Process good time management skills.
  7. Ability to attend our eLearning lab as a full time student or when struggling as a part-time student.
